Smoothie of the Week.

4 oz Vanilla Yogurt

1 cup peeled, diced fresh, ripe, soft pears

3 Kiwi fruit

1 cup Cold Milk

1/2 cup crushed ice or Ice Cream (optional)

Tbl. Lime Juice & Lime zest

Blend and pour into your Hydro Flask for a chilled morning beverage that will remain cool and thick until lunch.
